SUMMARY:Michelau - Ettelbruck (18 + 2 km hike)
DESCRIPTION:We will meander along the Sûre all the way from Michelau to Ettelbruck. \nHowever\, unlike the corresponding segment of the Lee Trail\, we will stay west of the river. \nThe hike itself makes 18 km\, plus 2 optional km should you wish to pay a visit to the Christmas Market at the end. \n  \nIMPORTANT INFO \nThis one is not a loop. \nRegistration via Heylo is mandatory. All our activities are and will always be free\, donations are voluntary. REGISTER. \nJoin our Telegram group to stay tuned. \n  \nFURTHER INFORMATION \nAll the difficulty is concentrated within the first 3 km or so\, where we will engage in an unforgiving climb to warm us up. The rest is easy-peasy. \nCheck the ups and downs in 2D and 3D. \nThe weather forecast (switch the date to Sunday 15th\, when available). \n  \nHOW TO GET THERE \nTake the 9:16 train from Luxembourg to Michelau. \nAlternatively\, you can park your car in Ettelbruck and take the same train from there to Michelau at 9:43. \nWe start from Michelau train station at 9:55. \n
