DESCRIPTION:The Teufelsschlucht Felsenweg 6 was voted the second most beautiful short hiking loop in the entire Germany by the readers of Wandermagazin. \nWe did it on last winter solstice and it was unanimously labelled as “one to be repeated”. Well\, here we go! Back to the Devil’s Valley. \nNo dragons on this one as it is very transited and perfectly signposted. There be dinosaurs\, though… \nI have introduced a couple of minor modifications and enhancements to the original trail. \nThe most relevant one is that we will start from Echternach this time so that people can more easily reach the starting point by using public transport. The designated starting point is right across the river in Germany because finding parking space in Echternach on a weekend can prove challenging. But you can try. \nThere is just one big climb and it is located at the very beginning\, the way up from the Sûre to the ridge\, then we will stay high up till the very end.
