SUMMARY:Eltz castle from Treis-Karden (21 km hike)
DESCRIPTION:Some of you went to Burg Eltz last summer but I could not make it\, so let’s pay this magnificent castle a winter visit. The castle is actually closed during the winter but we can still have a look around. \nStarting from Treis-Karden\, we will fist head east along the Moselle through Müden and Moselkern to then meander northwards as we copy the Elzbach prior to returning to the starting point. \nThere are four challenging climbs\, two at the beginning and two towards the end. \nI cannot make it\, but\, if someone wishes to organise something in the area on Saturday\, we could make it a weekend-long trip. \n  \nIMPORTANT INFO \nYou can REGISTER either via Heylo or using the form below. \nJoin our Telegram channel to stay up to date. \nThere are passport controls in Germany.
