I wanted to do this for a while: A thorough exploration of all the spots west of Liefrange where one could potentially go for a swim without being surrounded by a boisterous crowd.<\/p>\n

I expect to find some nice places just for ourselves.<\/p>\n

We can jump into the water as often as we wish, so this could potentially become a full day adventure.<\/p>\n

If you cannot swim, you can buy a life vest for under 20 Euro.<\/p>\n

Bring some food and plenty of water.<\/p>\n

This one can be considered family-friendly: The lowest point is at 322 m and the highest at 396 m, so about a mere 70 metre elevation difference, plus the hike is slightly bellow 18 km.<\/p>\n

Besides, these are not loops so we can turn around at any time or stay in a place for a couple of hours if we so wish.<\/p>\n

You can park in the small parking are across the dam\/bridge west of Liefrange. If full, there is a bigger one a couple of hundred meters further west.<\/p>\n
